ABOUT US

William has been in the law enforcement field for nearly 30 years where he has climbed the ranks all the way up to Chief in Eatontown, NJ. His career has given him unparalleled experience in dealing with the public, municipal and state governments, as well as managing a department of roughly 50 men and women.

More recently, he has served not only as Eatontown's Chief but also as the Borough Administrator when the full-time administrator resigned. Throughout Covid and the subsequent years, William oversaw the entire town's operations while maintaining a consistent budget and workforce. In the 2024 budget season, he was able to maintain the town's budget without raising municipal taxes while adding additional assets and personnel to the town. Through his stern but approachable demeaner, he has dealt with policy, personnel, and public complaints in ways that left all parties satisfied and the town in a better position.

Some of his other accolades include his Masters in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, being a graduate of the FBI National Academy 264th Session, and a Certified Public Manager certificate from Rutgers University.

Personally, he is a father to his son and two rescue huskies. If he is not at his regular day jobs, you can find him helping his wife out at their family restaurant or enjoying a round of golf with his friends, but only if it's not too hot out.
